just a bit of an update on this

We still don't have a good idea what causes this bug.
I opened http://flyspray.psi-im.org/task/640 but i think without a
stack trace from a build with debug symbols it's hard to find out.
Sadly the naive debug enabled universal build is about 400MB big.
