[Psi-devel] Missing popup on new message

If I get a "normal" message from a server admin with a jabberID without
an "@" sign, e.g. "swissjabber.de" there is no popup notification "Psi:
incomming message" when this message comes in. Only the Icon of the item
in the roster starts to blink and on the bottom of the roster the
standard text "1 event received" appeares. With other accounts it works
as designed.

Tested using psi v0.11-dev (May 2 2007) on WinXP Pro but this also
occurs in many nightlys before. I can't remember when this happened first...
