Not for me. I have used different Psi 0.10 versions in the past (daisy etc.) and
all versions are faster as 0.11-rc1.

Actually, i'm using GnuPG version 1.4.7 with 0.10 and 0.11-rc1.

The encoding is always slow, not only, when i'm sending a test message to myself.
