[Psi-devel] odd resize roster bug

Someone try to confirm please:

Windows XP
RC1
happens with roster "tooltip" mode enabled or disabled

When hovering over the top-right (NE) and bottom-right (SE) corners,
the mouse cursor does not change nor can I resize in those directions.
 The other two corners work as expected.
