FYI: I saw this on windows last night (may-18 build), unfortunately I didn't
get a stack trace.

Basically I put my laptop to sleep, and woke it up in a new location where
the network configuration had changed.  So it must be something like trying
to send data on a socket that is invalid after the sleep.

If it happens again, I'll try and save the crash dump.
