Looking at the long list of 'how to build psi' pages:

'Build Instructions' - landing/menu page, can't we just use Build
Instructions Qt4 as this page now?
'Build Instructions Qt4' - The latest and greatest info, it's all
right! (fixed up to match latest svn), can we move&redirect to ''Build
Instructions'

'Compiling Qt4 on Windows' - do we still need this page?  The trolls
have added official support for msvc since Qt 4.3.2.

The following pages are all outdated and/or refer to Qt3 and/or refer
to cvs or darcs branches that no longer exist, can we just nuke them,
and/or redirect to 'Build Instructions'

'Windows Build Instructions'
'Psi Windows build scripts'
'Psi-Qt4-Windows Build Instructions'
'Psi-Qt4-Windows Build Scripts'
'Linux Build Instructions'
'Jingle branch'
