I agree with some of the things you say, and it could be made clearer.
Generally speaking, development discussion belongs here rather than
on the forums, just due to the nature of well...developers. End users
tend towards forums, developers towards mailing lists. That means
therefore, if you want to /talk about/ patches, then you would be
better served doing it here.
But yes, the right place to _put the patch_ is in Flyspray.
I hope you see now why, as I did not see discussion of the patch on
the ML, I did what I did.
I'm open to any specific website changes you think should be made to
help clear this up.
