Well, it's reasonable to mandate that the server doesn't change the
required fields in the middle of a registration. Once you've
disconnected to start again, all bets are off. You /could/ have the
client request the form, disconnect, have the user fill it in,
reconnect, request again to see if it's still the same (if not,
disconnect and repeat), submit. That's rather a lot of client logic
though for a protocol that puts the burden of processing on servers.
