Right.
I think this is something that the jabber.org server admins need to work
through, and maybe recommend some settings to the ejabberd team.
However, what do we think is a reasonable amount of time for someone to
register? (Note: this amount will go up if we ever require the user to
fill out a more detailed data form for registration!)
