Hello,
in psi-philoo (http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php/psi-pilhoo?content=68296) 
I've found very nice patch for contactview.cpp that makes it little prettier 
(imo).

It adds more multiline support (\n => <br>) and tries to use word breaking (no 
<nobr> tag).

Little patch to current SVN attached.
