Possibly.  Do you have the development files for qca1 (libqca.so, qca.h, 
qcaprovider.h) installed?  If so, these files might cause a conflict.  If you 
installed qca1 by hand, remove those files by hand.  If you installed qca1 
via package management, then remove the libqca-dev package or such.
