Thanks, that fixed it. I recompiled Psi against the new Qt libraries and the 
account heading is visible again. Sounds like a strange problem.

Well, the problem with the displaced menus was indeed a Ubuntu problem and 
is fixed in 4.3.2-0ubuntu3. You may refer to [1] for the discussion. 

Anyway, everything seems to work fine now, apart from the Psi blocking 
problem I reported yesterday [2]. Thanks!
