[Psi-Devel] 0.11 approaches.

Well, the time has finally come.
I've rolled the tarball for 0.11, and I intend to release on Monday.  
As I promised several packagers last time, the tarball will be  
available to packagers to have support ready for release day. If  
you'd like to make a package of Psi-0.11, please give me a poke and  
I'll supply the tarball.
