I already have those scripts and have taken a look at them. I believe 
only small changes to the main script and updates to the list of the 
files that are to be installed should do the trick.

Question: Who's making the official Windows build? Additional questions: 
Will he use MinGW? Will he use dynamically or statically linked QCA2? 
What Qt version will it be compiled and linked against?
