I've taken a look over the win-installer files, congratulated myself for 
writing the ReadMe.txt file which describes the successful process of 
building the installer (there should be some minor updates here and there) 
and came to realize that I haven't seen much activity on psi-lang lately.

Are there any translations available to be packed in the first build of the  
0.11 release? (besides the Czech translation Dan already mentioned)
