[Psi-Devel] Problem with loading of translation from ~/.psi

Hi,

as we are testing Czech localization, we have found one problem.

The psi_cs.qm file gets loaded only from /usr/share/psi
(/usr/local/share/psi ev.), but never from ~/.psi, from home directory of
user under linux.

I am looking in translationmanager.cpp but I don't see, why it doesn't work
as expected.
