[Psi-Devel] wide borders

Yeah, finally I got the point (it took me about 5 minutes). We're not
talking about the window frame, but about the distance between the
window frame and the elements in the window.

I guess the /unprettiness/ or the wrong thing is the difference
between that distance and the space between the tab and the window
title.
