You don't want to remove the old directory, in case the user changes
his mind about the new version of Psi. My suggestion is to do one of
the following:
- copy the whole tree if there is no setup in the new dir, and leave
behind a 'DO_NOT_USE_THIS_DIRECTORY_ANYMORE' file
- move the whole tree, and leave behind a softlink/shortcut.
