FYI: I've built a new qca-gnupg plugin with Justin's caching code for my
builds [1].  It doesn't seem to be much faster, but the newer code doesn't
seem to hurt.

Also included in the new libraries bundle are the image format libraries (so
gif/jpeg/tiff/mng/svg should be supported by Psi too)

I also added 'direct download' links for all the files that are mirrored via
The Coral Content Distribution Network, so that it's easier to get to them
if your network doesn't like their DNS. (obviously this should only be used
as a last resort as it uses more bandwidth on my server)
