[Psi-Devel] crash report: network related

Running RC2.  I was having some network probs at home so I decided to
power off the router, cable modem and so on in various combinations
until I could find the cause.  After several minutes of the Internet
being inaccessible and/or the local network being down (no IP), Psi
bombed, presumably while it was deciding if it should reconnect or
just hang out.
