Question to other devs: Wouldn't it be better to use psi_zh_tw.ts, or 
maybe even psi_zh_TW.ts naming? I know we already have psi_ptbt.ts, but 
if we decided on different naming scheme for language packs, maybe it 
would be good keep naming consistent.
