Bugzilla?  No way.  We do have Flyspray though, and have had it for
years.  http://flyspray.psi-im.org  There is also the forum, as Maciek

We've heard "hard to notice" before, but other than that it has been
very well received.  There is a little room for improvement, I think.
But nothing is stopping you from using your favorite iconset instead
of stellar3.

To be more specific, you do mean spammers are spamming you via...MSN,
AIM, ICQ or Yahoo, right?  To date I have not heard of any spamming
being done over jabber, mostly as the source server cannot be spoofed.
 Anyway, as Maciek says there is always quick access via ctrl-I.
