[Psi-Devel] high cpu usage while connecting [os x | qt]

Hello,
I know this was mentioned before, but since it is very annoying I would
like to put it back on the table.

While PSI is connecting to a server, the CPU usage is very high (35% on
my Mac Book Pro) and it causes the fans to swirl.

This is especially annoying if you have a crappy connection and the ssl
popup window gets lost somewhere in the background.

Thats another problem: I can't permanently accept a ssl certs... :(
