[Psi-Devel] [BUG] Event toolbar remains visible

More info:

The roster window looks like the one in the file VisibleEventToolbar.png 
(see attached files). Hiding and showing the roster window again does 
not resolve the issue. I have to open Psi Preferences' dialog, go to 
Change Toolbars, select "Event notifier" toolbar and press Apply button. 
Now, the event toolbar does disappear. See attached 
HiddenEventToolbar.png file for a screenshot.
