Hi,
  Sure, this is a reasonable place to post.

Psi already has libjingle code integrated into the development branch,
although it's disabled by default for assorted reasons, so hopefully
this won't be too big a job.

I can't commit to anything like this at the moment, but hopefully
someone else will reply to you.
