[Psi-Devel] Iris via svn:externals

Now that 0.13-dev is open, tomorrow I'm going to do the following commands:

 svn remove iris
 svn propset svn:externals "iris https://delta.affinix.com/svn/trunk/iris" .

This will mean that instead of having an iris copy, Psi SVN will directly 
utilize Iris SVN.  If you have any uncommitted changes in the psi/iris 
subdir, you might want to think about what to do with them (I'm looking 
mostly at Remko here).
