And now it is done.  I've rebuilt Psi fully and it seems to work.

With this change we are now using the new Iris DNS code, which means we no 
longer depend on Q3Dns from Qt3Support.  Functionally, Iris should work 
pretty much the same as normal, though we do get a couple of "free" 
DNS-related features:
  - You don't need to restart Psi if your DNS servers change.
  - Psi can resolve ".local" domains using Multicast DNS.
