[Psi-Devel] PSI and file transfer

Hello,
I'm not able to get or send file behind my router. I don't know how Jabber 
protocol works to send file, but do I have really configure my router to let 
files go in and out?

I've read abou this:

Is it part of the last SVN of PSI or it's an external module or something 
similar? Because from what I understood it's not in PSI, is it? In this case 
do you think to include it?
