These options are different, IMHO.
While I have auto-reconnect enabled, I disabled auto-connect on startup,
because sometimes I want to start Psi just to check something in history,
without becoming available.
Auto-connect after sleep could be unified with one of previous options, but
not in the same way for all users. I use hibernation shutdown, so I want
Psi to behave same way after startup and wakeup. Other people use sleep
only temporarily (to move laptop from one room to another, etc) - sleep is
more like temporarily lost connection for them.

Yes, this is a nice idea, but I cannot imagine a nice GUI for it: how to
show that value is inherited? How to switch back to global value?
It would probably be easier to allow editing multiple accounts in the same
time (like you can view and change properties of multiple files, etc)
