[Psi-Devel] debugging on windows

Hmm, no luck getting Maciek's build to work yet.  First it needed a
debug DLL which I found.  then QCad2.dll.  Found that and now it just
errors out with no helpful description.  I think I'll hold out for
that patched RC1 from you, kev.
