My guess is that it's:
- QPixmapCache
* [182363] Fixed a crash that could occur when inserting a null pixmap.
That was fixed in Qt 4.3.3. You'll need to wait for a new Qt build for the
fix. When I have time I'll look to see if I can get a VS2008 build of Qt
working, otherwise I'll have to do a VS2005 build.
I wonder if you can mix VS2005(VC8) and VS2008(VC9) binaries?
