well then i'm not the "most other people" ... i like it in 'psi-startup' mode 
(not reconnect) after resume ... bcs my notebook is almost never off ... it 
is only suspended when i'm traveling with him in backpack (car and so 
on)  ... otherwise it is on (when sleep, in pub...)

and i think we are not alone (with M.N.) who likes it this way ([silent] 
startup Vs. reconnect) ;)
