[Psi-Devel] 0.11+ hangs on Windows

All versions from 0.11 suffer from semi-random hangs on all two my Windows
XP systems. Last tested version was Norman's
psi-trunk-20080323060150-win32.zip and I was able to make a dump, though
I'm afraid it will be of little use. It is attached and contains this
stack trace:

This dump was made by attaching to frozen Psi process and breaking.

The hangs all seem to be the same: GUI just freezes, networking activity
seems to stop. It can happen at any time, including active chat or just
after start. Sometimes it hangs after each restart (immediately or after
several seconds) several times in a row. After network failure it hangs
almost 100%. On my work machine I noticed that hangs occur more often some
time after 17:00, so it may be related to some scheduler activities or
something.
