[Psi-Devel] easier server search

That is a common complaint I get from our end-users (around 500 of them 
use Psi.)  Also, it would be nice to have the publish personal details 
option easier to find.

Perhaps:

for searching:

General menu -> User Search -> [List of accounts]
and
right click account heading -> User Search

and for publishing:

General menu -> Personal Details -> [List of accounts]
and
right click account heading -> Personal Details

Also, some users have complained that you can't double click on user 
search in the service discovery window to bring up the search window. 
You have to highlight and then find and click the search icon.
