Pootle's support for the very latest version of QT isn't quite up to 
scratch, unfortunately.  Pootle supports an earlier version of TS.  So 
one would have to look at other ways of utilising Pootle (or perhaps we 
can coax a QT developer to update our TS filter... because TS is a very 
useful format to support).  I wonder if there is a way to convert TS to 
XLF...

Hmm, I don't see Linguist on this page:

...perhaps it should be mentioned that Linguist is available under 
"Common" on the SF site.  Or is it deliberately hidden?

Also, psi-0.11.tar.bz2 doesn't contain TS files.  I don't quite 
understand where I'm supposed to get the PSI TS files...?
