[Psi-Devel] Psi 0.13-rc2

Well, i was trying to recompile psi-0.13-rc2 with Qt 4.5.2.
But I've got an error when I tried to compile qca. It should use the
qtdir from the configure command and it tries to use binaries which
are not in the path. I had to do some symlinks as workarounds.

It's late and I must go to work tomorrow morning so I'll try after
work and I stay in touch.
