Well, another way to cause this might be to run configure without 
specifying --qtdir, then make, and then re-running configure.  If you want to 
change qtdir ever, you're going to want to do a full make distclean and 
configure.

Check "ldd psi" and "ldd libgstprovider.so" to 1) make sure the 4.5.2 libs are 
being used and 2) make sure non-4.5.2 qt libs are *not* being used.
