Hmm, that was supposed to work with rc3, but I guess not.  Oh well.

Try running the psimedia demo app.  It's in the demo dir of psimedia.  After 
launching it, you'll get some GUI.  In the send box, click the start button 
(causing the start button to gray out, and the transmit and stop buttons to 
ungray), then click the stop button (causing the transmit and stop buttons to 
gray, and the start button to ungray), then quit the app (window goes away, 
and there should not be any lingering processes).  Try this, and tell me what 
goes wrong.
