[Psi-Devel] Psi 0.13-rc2

click on the start button : start button is gray out and stop button
ungray. Transmit button stay gray.
now click on the stop button : stop button is gray out and the rest is
unchanged.

So I decided to configure audio/video settings :
Since I got no webcam here (and no mic), I tried to set a file instead
of <None>...

Now the demo application works perfectly (transmit is ungray and stop
button ungray the start button. I can also receive the video)

Tomorrow i'll be back home and I'll try with a webcam and a
microphone, just to know.
