[Psi-Devel] Forum shutting down

Turns out the problem appears to be slow mysql queries in _Flyspray_ not the
forum.  Forum will be coming back up asap, and flyspray will be down for a
bit.

For the curious, my load avgs were staying in the 5-10 range.
