Just an update on this, in case anyone is wondering what the heck is going on:
The web forum is clearly not back asap, and both the forum and bug tracker
services remain down. Unfortunately we have a bit of a manpower issue
lately, and we're looking into some solutions here.
We hope to have these services back up by the end of the week, and it is quite
likely we will be migrating to more mainstream/supported applications. UNB
and Flyspray served us well, but we simply don't have the time to futz with
them anymore.
If you have bugs to report for Psi, please send the reports to this mailing
list, stop by the psi chatroom, or even send me an email directly. Psi 0.13
will still be released as final next Sunday, even if these services are not
restored.
