[Psi-Devel] [PATCH] prepare desktop file for released languages

I updated the psi.desktop file to reflect the state of the currently 
released languages.

And as I am still here...
Who wants to have the HTML files for the download secion of the websites?
Who wants to have the QM files for Psi and Qt?

I would like to offer a language package for distro packagers containing 
all released languages and INFO files with Copyright and license 
information. No idea if the information is useful but I hope for some 
feedback that way. Is it possible to put a link to the Official Downloads 
section on http://psi-im.org/download/ ?
