You mean putting them to the Psi tarball or will a separate lang tarball 
meet the needs as well?

A first try looks like http://fs.scs-tsa.de/psi_l10n/lang.zip

Please tell me if there is something that makes your (as in packagers) 
lifes easier. I will try to let it happen.
