Inside the Psi tarball would be perfect, but as a separate download
would be fine too.

The filename must contain a version somewhere, e.g. it can follow
Psi's version numbering, or you can add the packaging date in
'YYYY-MM-DD' format. Apart from that, it looks fine to me.
