Yeah, this has been a problem for awhile.  Funny thing, in my email client 
that url is linkified as "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghost_World_".  
Deciding what should be part of the link is fuzzy.

In Psi, the ')' is excluded so you can write urls in parenthesis 
(http://psi-im.org).  But probably we can make a smarter algorithm, where ')' 
should become part of the url if '(' is used inside it.

Try shift+enter.
