[Psi-Devel] Forum registration CAPCHA is not displayed

Greetings.

Forum registration does not work: CAPTCHA image does not show up at all. (Server gives 500 Internal Server Error for the CAPTCHA image URL)

Bugtracker registration does not properly work either: an SQL error is displayed after entering confirmation code, and I'm denied the ability to file a website bug. (Error #15: You don't have sufficient permissions to open a task.)

Please, fix it.



P.S. My IP-address is 85.93.137.42 (home.shambler0.msk.ru), and it shouldn't be banned because I never registered, and it's not from a dynamic IP pool.
