Hi Remko,

thanks for your quick response. There are two answers to your question:

IPv4: yes
IPv6: no

That's quite surprising. Both addresses are in DNS responses and both are reachable. So the problem could have something to do with IPv6. Psi 0.12 always used IPv4 to communicate with the server, despite the fact that IPv6 was available and IPv4 was (almost) prohibited in /etc/gai.conf. So the problem may have existed for some time already, but it simply did not appear up to now.

The IPv6 connection works fine with Pidgin, so there's no misconfigured firewall or something of that kind.

Please let me know if I could help somehow. (It might be interesting to tur on / add some debugging output and see what it does.)
