Thank you Kevin, but i have done this. This is what i have:

QCADIR=C:\qca-2.0.2
QCA_OPENSSLDIR=C:\OpenSSL
#ASPELLDIR=c:\aspell
QTDIR=C:\Qt\2009.02\qt
MINGWDIR=C:\Qt\2009.02\mingw
WINDOWSDIR=C:\WINDOWS

Thats what i ment when i said that i have packed up psi with mingw32-make -C
win32
