I don't think that's the right thing for tracking patches (But i don't have
datails about *this* tool cache-hot). But for reviewing and commenting them
it might be a great tool(not tried it yet; i did have a short look at
reviewboard that looked nice too). We tried to start using a code review
tool some times ago, but sadly the one we tried liked to eat it's own
database, so it didn't go well. 

I'd like to have such a tool in the toolbox for psi. But setting it up
might take some time, etc.
