I'm currently looking at this stuff.  It appears there may have been 
significant regressions in Qt 4.5.0.  I feel the best course of action is to 
assist Nokia in fixing these issues, and hope for a speedy 4.5.1 resolution.  
I'm not about to destroy our code to work around things like QTimers not 
firing.

Therefore, Psi 0.13 will not be compatible with 4.5.0.  But, by all means, 
keep testing Psi with 4.5.0, in case there are more issues to find.
